Hyperpigmentation (a.k.a. dark spots) happens when inflammation (such as acne), sun exposure, and hormones cause localized areas of your skin to produce more melanin than usual. By itself, it would take your skin anywhere from 6-12 months for your skin to fade that spot once it happens.
How long does it take to see results?
Typically customers see a difference in dark spots within the first 1-3 uses, particularly for acne post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation! Results obviously vary by person, but typically you can expect to see noticeable results within 3 weeks.

Which products are right for me?
Great question! For facial hyperpigmentation, we recommend The Daily Vitamin Serum and The Face Cream together for post-inflammatory spots (such as from acne), age spots, and melasma.
For body hyperpigmentation, such as from KP, scarring, age spots, we recommend The Body Cream (or The Jumbo Body Cream).
We like to keep things simple, so typically we recommend products based on location: The Body Cream for almost everything not related to facial skin; The Face Cream for generalized concerns related to facial skin, The Daily Vitamin Serum for more intensive correction and nutrient support, The Everywhere Balm for intense conditioning and repair everywhere, and so on.
